As you can imagine, when parts are under vibration with stainless steel there can be some sound issues involved. Our state-of-the-art sound enclosures can lower your systems sound levels by 30% or more. With our charcoal polyester acoustic foam and aluminum sound barriers, your feeding system will operate at an appropriate sound level in a production environment. Not only do the enclosures limit sound, but they also act as a shield to stop unwanted operators from tampering with the sensors, tuning, controls, etc.. Every sound enclosure is delivered to the customer with a protective white film that can be peeled off when the system is ready for production. This ensures the enclosure looks spotless until it reaches the final destination.
