Conveyor Feeding Systems
At feeding concepts we have satisfied many customers with our conveyor expertise. Through the years we have built systems that have ranged anywhere from 1 to 16 total part conveyor lines on each of our feeder systems. Systems that require high feed rates or part separation benefit from conveyor feeding systems. Also with conveyor systems they are much quieter than vibratory inlines and can feed parts that have trouble with vibration under back pressure. Whether you need heavy duty, medical, or any other specification on your conveyor system our team understands your need and can custom engineer a system to meet your requirements for your application.
Switching over to a conveyor has many benefits when it comes to parts feeding. The conveyor can be setup to run faster than the bowl so sufficient gaps are present between the part line of feed. This is helpful in situations where parts must be counted or parts that cannot be held under backpressure. Another pro to using a conveyor with a vibratory bowl is you will have consistent control of your output speed through an brushless DC motor as opposed to a vibratory inline coil. This added control allows for more flexibility when transitioning to a loader, nest, or packaging machine.
