Dead Nests

Once your parts discharge out of a vibratory feeder system and come single file down the linear track you may need a dead nest. A dead nest is separate piece of equipment that consists of a stand and portion of track that is under no vibration. Once the parts reach the dead nest they essentially stop in position and go under back pressure. This allows for the customers robots or other pick and place mechanisms to capture the part at that XYZ location. When filling out a quote request be sure to let us know if a dead nest is needed.
