Vibratory and Non-Vibratory Horizontal Feeders
After getting the desired exit orientation through the bowl your parts will discharge through a vibratory inline feeder or straight track conveyor(Angled gravity track sections also available).
Tooled linear tracks are designed to fit your parts to the tightest tolerance possible while still allowing the parts to be vibration in a horizontal motion. These systems consist of a vibratory inline driver which can be sized for tracks as small as 6″ all the way up to 80″ long. Vibratory Linear Tracks work for almost all parts that do not overlap. In the event you have a part that overlaps or does not hold well under back pressure you can elect to use a straight track conveyor.
Once the part exits the vibratory feeder it then proceeds across the straight-line linear feeder into the customers machine. Our precision machinists will construct the track to meet your required orientation. The track is formed out of A2 tool steel and then heat treated for maximum durability. If your system requires change over with multiple parts our technicians construct/label the different tracks that essentially “bolt on/off” or adjust to fit.
If you need help tuning your inline/linear feeder please see our troubleshooting page for more information.
